InstantRoom provides an AI-powered interior design tool that transforms photos of rooms into different design styles. You can upload room photos, select from 15+ curated design styles, and receive AI-generated styled variations instantly.

3. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use our service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • One account per user

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Upload images you don't have rights to use
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our AI service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or mass-generate images
  • Share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded images. Generated images are provided for your personal use. InstantRoom retains the right to display generated images for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images are created using advanced AI technology and may contain digital watermarks. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated results. Generated images are for inspiration and visualization purposes only.

7. Service Limitations

  • We may impose usage limits to prevent abuse
  • Service availability is not guaranteed
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
  • Generation times may vary based on server load

8. Privacy

Your use of InstantRoom is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

InstantRoom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

InstantRoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
