Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

InstantRoom is sold on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Once you have subscribed, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, except in the case described in Section 2 below.

2. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

If the product does not work — for example, image generation is broken on our end and we are unable to resolve it for you — you may request a refund for the affected billing period. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Issues caused by unsupported inputs, third-party outages outside our control, or dissatisfaction with the creative output of the AI are not grounds for a refund.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will keep access until then, and you will not be charged again at the start of the next period. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of the current period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under Section 2, email us at support@instantroom.app from the address associated with your account, and include a short description of the issue. We typically respond within a few business days.
